Triple Hybrid - this ambitious meetup gives you the chance to change gear into three styles and worlds of photography, with the main focus on having fun and going for gold! As well as shooting under cover of the shops around Devonport. We will learn the following1.. BLACK AND WHITE PHOTOGRAPHYBlack and white photography is a style of photography that involves capturing images without color. It uses shades of gray to create contrast, texture, and depth, which can give a timeless and classic look to photographs.2. ABSTRACT PHOTOGRAPHY Abstract photography involves capturing a subject in a way that renders it either partially or completely unrecognizable, emphasizing instead on the interplay of shapes, colors, and form.3.STREET PHOTOGRAPHY People, cafes, vendors, street merchants, buskers, historic buildings, art installations and much more. The power of observation underpins the art of great street photography. Learning to "see" interesting detail is a practised skill and we introduce you to easy methods that will open your photographer's eye and expose you to a world that is alive with detail. The most rewarding part of the class is learning how to approach interesting people and have them willingly pose for you.We will also go over settings, focusing techniques and lens choices common to street photography to help us capture those random chance encounters.NOTE THE MEETUP WILL START AT THE AUCKLAND FERRY BUILDING AS WE WILL BE INCLUDING THE FERRY TRIP OVER AS ONE OF THE SHOOTING LOCATIONS.
